Fall in Love with Ustianochka Seasonal Cocktails
Embrace the changing season with Ustianochka cocktails inspired by fall flavors!
Here are three of our seasonal favorites:
Ustianochka Apple Cider Mule
Here’s our seasonal twist on a classic Moscow Mule! Apple cider complements the warm spice of ginger beer perfectly for a drink full of fall flavor.
- 1.5 oz Ustianochka Vodka
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz apple cider
- Dash of lime
- Apple slices, for garnish
Traditionally, Mules are served in copper mugs, but this cocktail will look (and taste!) just as great in a highball glass or even a mason jar for a more rustic look.
Add a dash of lime to your chosen vessel. Now add some ice, Ustianochka vodka, ginger beer, and apple cider. Stir to combine and garnish, if desired, with apple slices for a truly autumnal look!
Ustianochka Apple Hinny
This cocktail combines the tartness of Granny Smith apples with the fiery warmth of ginger beer, conjuring up the flavors of freshly baked apple pie. For a sweeter version, substitute Granny Smith apple juice for the regular kind.
- 1.5 oz Ustianochka Vodka
- 1 oz fresh Granny Smith apple juice
- 0.5 oz ginger beer
- 0.5 oz lime
- freshly grated nutmeg, for dusting
- apple slices, for garnish
Add Ustianochka vodka, apple juice, ginger beer and lime to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Add some ice to a highball or other tall cocktail glass and pour over shaken ingredients. Dust with nutmeg and garnish with apple slices, if desired.
Top tip: if you don’t have a cocktail shaker, an ordinary large mason jar can work in a pinch! Fill the jar about two thirds of the way up with ice, then add liquid ingredients, seal the lid, and shake. Use the flat disc from the lid to help strain your cocktail as your pour!
Ustianochka Apple Spiced Martini
This cocktail combines distinctive fall flavors- apple, cinnamon, and warm vanilla- with vodka for a seasonal take on the popular Apple Martini.
- 1 oz Ustianochka Vodka
- 1.5 oz Vanilla liqueur
- 2 oz cider
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash lime juice
- apple slice, to garnish, as desired
In a cocktail shaker, combine the liquid ingredients with some ice and shake vigorously for around 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass, and garnish with apple slice, if desired.
Top tip: chilling your cocktail glasses will help ensure drinks stay frosty cold. You can either put glasses in the freezer for a couple of hours, or refrigerator for three to four hours ahead of mixing up your drinks. If time is tight, opt for chilling glasses in an ice bucket, or simply filling them with ice and leaving for a few minutes prior to use.
